Lightweight extensions for Diagrams in PTC Modeler

Hi Community,

I wish to create a new model element based on the Internal Block Diagram. I am using Modeler 8.2

I have used the Lightweight Extension mechanism with the Super Class Block and have been able to create custom model elements based on the SysML Block, however applying the same steps with the Stereotype InternalBlockDiagram doesnt seem to work.

This what I do:

a) I place the <<InternalBlockDiagram>> streotype from SysML Profile::Blocks.InternalBlockDiagram in my Profile Diagram and add a Generalization relationship from my Custom Stereotype.

b) I then use the "Copy Super Stereotype Options" in my custom stereotype

c) I then trigger the "Create Scripts" options in MyCustomProfile and the SysML Profile

d) I trigger the "reinitilize profile helper" option in the model.

This works well for my custom "Blocks" but doesnt seem to work with the Internal Diagram.

Is the process for creating custom Diagrams different?
