Question

Member revision update fails after check in

I am using PTC RV&S (formerly Integrity Lifecycle Manager) Release 13.0 and Datecode13.0.0.6 Item modified, changes are recognized via Visual Diff, but member revision not updated on checkin. No immedate error message. Member drop, readd as new archive, same behavior, error message below. Added another test file in same repo, check in/out worked correctly in the same sandbox. Here are the errors that I faced Operation = add State = Failed SIArchiveTreeExistsException: MKS995055: An archive ".../Veracrypt.ps1" already exists
