Missing IntegrityExportProperties.properties file

Dears,


I am exporting documents into word. In the Gateway.log I get the following message:

 

WARNING: C:\Program Files (x86)\Integrity\ILMClient11\lib\patch\classes\IntegrityExportProperties.properties (The system cannot find the file specified)

 

Where can I find the IntegrityExportProperties.properties file?

Given the message and location, it seems to be a file that's installed with the client.

You may want to reinstall the client or check if there is a Critical Service Patch for this (seems unlikely to me).

The quickest way to deal with that is to open a case with PTC Support.

    The file you are looking for is one of my own export solutions for Word and/or Excel. Internal name is CustomGateway.

    The message is a warning only. The functionality is not affected. You only need this file if you want to overwrite specific default values, which is not that often needed.
