Modeler web Interface not able to login with WMI_SiteAdmin credentials.

I have installed Modeler 9.5 on Modeler server and database and license servers are on other machines. in this case if I tried to login with MWI_SiteAdmin user credentials to manage users its throwing error Authentication error. 

 

But when all Modeler, Database, and license are installed on same machine, there it able to login WMI-SiteAdmin account.

 

So my question here is anybody who installed Modeler, Databse, and License server, and able to login MWI-SiteAdmin please let me understand what are configuration you did. 

 

Error log it saying SQL server connection error : could not found server error 40.  

 

is it due to remote database issue?

If you still can't resolve it I would suggest contacting PTC Support and they will verify the setup.

Hello , 

 

The Modeler server and database SQL server  are on different machines, so the Web Interface cannot be installed . 

This is the reason why you are not able to login WMI-SiteAdmin account.
