Need a way to track if requirement's Text field was touched

Hello team,

Need a way to track if requirement's Text field was touched (Text was changed).
Something like a logical parameter that sets its value to true if Text was changed.
Needed to track what requirements were changed. Can not use standard Significant Edit field as need to have an ability to override its value (like set it back to false manualy).
