Need to download Windchill RV&S 12.4 for upgrade project to bring our environment more up to date.

I am using PTC RV&S (formerly Integrity Lifecycle Manager) Release 13.1 and Datecode13.1.0.0 We are attempting to upgrade from RV&S 12.1 to RV&S 13.1. The problem is that we need to upgrade through RV&S 12.4. Currently we cannot download 12.4 from support.ptc.com. Please provide us with a link where this can be downloaded from. Here are the errors that I faced none
