Not able to re-synchronize complete folder

Hello PTC Team,

I am using MKS product from PTC.

I have created folder in my local drive. I am trying to re-synchronize a complete folder, but i am not able to resync.

I am able to sync individual files.

Could you please let me know what is blocking me to resync the complete folder.

    Hi Prateek,

    You might want to open a Support case, if this remains an issue for you, and get some assistance.  By "folder", I take it you're creating a sandbox, and attempting to resync the sandbox contents?  How are you doing this?  A screenshot may help.
