Problem with Integration to RoboHelp

I have a user that uses RoboHelp. Apparently there is a built-in integration with MKS in it that MKS is aware of. My user sent me and e-mail stating "We are testing RoboHelp V10, and when adding member to the Stag directory for Rolodirt, it creates the project, but does not add the members." Anybody have any ideas? Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Unfortunately, I can't find anything in the PTC/MKS archives regarding a RoboHelp integration, so it must have been done at a customer level by our services department. If that is the case, then we will have to see if the customer shares thier information here, or you can contact our Services department as they may have some information if they did work with a customer on this. My apologies for not being able to provide more information.
