PTC Integrity Modeler and Lifecycle manager integration with mksapi64.dll

Hi,

I'm trying to syncronize Integrity Modeler with LifeCycle Manager but I'm facing an issue in finding mksapi.dll. I'm working with Modeler 9.3 an LifeCycle Manager 12.2.1.2.

I followed the instruction to add the ILMClient12/bin path to the environmental variables and I noticed the bin folder contains the mksapi64.dll and not mksapi.dll.

When I launch the synchronize option the system notifies me that mksapi.dll is not found.

How can I solve this issue?
