PTC Digest-Proactive Support Services image.png The On-Demand System Scan is available to all customers with a valid subscription or maintenance contract and allows administrators to manually check for stability, performance, and security recommendations related to their PTC Windchill RV&S (formerly Integrity Lifecycle Manager) installation.

Simply upload an Integrity Support Package to be scanned and receive recommended actions for any known issues or improvements that are detected.

Note that you can check all the available detections here: the page list all the checks that are executed when you submit a Support Package to the On-Demand System Scan. We have more than 130 detections available today!

I am wondering if it is just could cover time-series database performance - Influx database Or could watch the performance for a meta-data database like Postgres or MS-SQL? GarageBand Download

I believe your question is related to the Thingworx product. Unfortunately we do not yet support Thingworx in the On Demand System Scan. Currently we only support Windchill and the product formerly known as Integrity Lifecycle Manager.

Is there any limitation regarding Filesize?
I have created a SupportPackage for RV&S Rel. 13.3 via Command Line with Option "FULL" which resulted in a Filesize of 760 MB.
Upload is now ongoing since nearly two Hours and seems to be frozen.

Any Limit for Filesize? (No info in FAQ itself.)
