PTC RV&S 12.4.0.0 FlexNet version compatibility and requirements?

I am using PTC RV&S (formerly Integrity Lifecycle Manager) Release 12.4 and Datecode12.4.0.0 We are currently running PTC Windchill RV&S 12.4.0.0. Our licensing is managed with FlexNet 11.17.1.0 on Windows Server 2016. We need to update FlexNet to 11.19.6 or 11.19.8, and need to confirm compatibility with PTC Windchill RV&S 12.4.0.0. Can you please confirm: 1) Whether Windchill RV&S 12.4.0.0 supports FlexNet 11.19.6/11.19.8. 2) Whether the existing PTC vendor daemon and licence file can be retained or need updating. 3) Any specific FlexNet or OS requirements for this combination.
