Requirements Connector Export Error

Hello,

I am using Requirements connector 4.2 version and PTC RV&S 13.2.

I have created a mapping file and by default i have left the server date format blank.

When i try to export an reqIF file, i get the following error:

MKS124822: Invalid value provided for "asOf": Not a valid date, valid format is "MMM d, yyyy h:mm:ss a"

I did try to set the date and time format as per Canadian standard, as the servers are in canada but i was not successful.

Hi Vishwas,

Have you filed a case with technical support?

Have you recently upgraded, or has this problem started after you added a CPS or made any other changes to your working system?

Hello Kartik,

As of now, i havent raised a support case.

We have not used any other version of the connector and PTC. we have directly rolled out 13.2 of PTC and 4.2 of the connector to the users.

There is no change in the working system since the roll out
