Requirements Volatilty Tracking in Integrity

I am looking for a simple way to track requirements volatility / changes across a document and/or project. Is there a relatively simple way of extracting this information from Integrity? I was thinking of looking at the history for the last date the Text field has been changed for each Item. I haven't yet looked into an automated way of extracting this, but am open to suggestions.
