RIF Utility documentation?

I am searching for documentation about RIF utility in MKS 10.1 context.

I am new on this forum and I could not find anything onthis topic.

Is there someone wotking with RIF?

This documentation is useful to start with RIF, but it does not help building templates needed to run RIF utility (import or export).

I am looking for a documentation and examples helping me to create and understand template files.
