Setting default attribute values

We need a possibility to set default attribute values during Import depending on (ReqIF)attribute conditions. Especially a test for unspecified Attributes is required.

Could you please provide some more details about the use case and give an example with how the data is before the update, what conditions would trigger the attribute value setting and how the data should look after the import?
