Shared Perspective url is not working

Windchill RV&S 13.1.0.1 version:

When I share perspective from Requirement manager view it creates the correct link in GUI mode i,e: url:integrity://windchill.pri:7001/im/viewsegment?selection=7&fields=-1003,-32,-21,290,-5,-24&perspectivemode

But when I click on this link it's not redirecting to the Windchill client rather it's saying Get an app to Integrity link. Kindly suggest if any configuration is missing here.

The link appears correct, but the client is not configured to open these. Either by client itself or by the OS.
