Tag definitions with enumeration type auto count

Hey guys, 

I want to extend my model items with a stereotype and some Tag Definitions. One of those Tag Definitions is an "ID". I am looking for a way how the ID gets updated by "+1" every time I apply the stereotype to a model item. 

Do you know a way how to do so?
