Test Management entities configuration

Hello,

PTC version: 12.0 

Can you please help me out in setting up the configurations for Test Management entities because by getting documents I am not able to get the options to create test entities like Test Suite, Test Cases, etc.

Please let me know how to enable/configure/import using the admin/desktop client.

Help will be appreciated.
