Unable to Export Integrity Document via Gateway Export wizard

Dear All,

I am trying to export the Integrity Requirement Document via gateway export wizard in to MS Word.

All the steps done successfully but at the last step i.e. on export option showing an error ""The transformation of item "6286327", field "Text", failed. Cause: com.mks.gateway.tool.exception.GatewayException: File "C:\Users\pisec\AppData\Local\Temp\WordExport_0/[Content_Types].xml" does not exist.""

I tried to,

1. change the export directory

2. delete the temp files

3. checked the mapping files

Please let me know if there is any workaround on this.
