Using a Field in Text Field like substitute parameters

Hello @ all,

 

i want to use a field in the text field like the function "substitute Parameters".

Example: I wrote my requirement text, insert the field "id" (e.g. {id} oder {{id}}) and want to see the value of id (e.g. 123456).

Does interity have such a function?

So, this would be kind of like the Configuration Management keywords?  Where if you enter $Id$, it automatically expands to have the name of the file, author, etc.  except here, It would expand to the item ID. 

 

No, unfortunately, we can't do that today. This would be a good Product Idea to post.
