Question

what is the command to list all the members that were updated/added/deleted/renamed on a development path ?

I mostly want the members that were developed on a development path

    Hello Hector Magnanao‌,‌

    I think the command you're looking for is si mods.  You'll want the -r argument to specify whihc revision you are comparing against.
