Dear,

We see following behavior using PTC Integrity 2009 web on an Apple using Safari/Mozilla

When opening an attachment the sessionid is added to filename. The result is that the browser does not recognize the filetype anymore

Thierry Van Acker

    Hi Thierry,

This was a known problem with FireFox 10 and is not present in later versions of Firefox. What version are you using with your Integrity 2009 server?

    Hello Thierry Van Acker‌,

Unfortunately, Safari isn't one of the supported web platforms for Integrity, so no testing was done against it.  For Firefox, the supported release depends on which Integrity release you are on.  For 10.8, it is Firefox 38 ESR; for 10.6 and 10.7, it's Firefox 31 ESR; and for 10.4 and 10.5, it's Firefox 17 ESR.

    Regards,
    Kael
