Windchill Modeler Reviewer-items.Count is giving the final count before completing the above loops.

I am  trying to create a User Defined review where I am extracting the Blocks having custom stereotype ("testStereotype") applied, which is working fine but I also want the final count (In Reviewer "Out of" Count) of all the available Block, for which I am using .itemCount as shown in attached image. It looks like the items.Count is giving the count for first value of 'var' instead of letting the loops complete and giving the count. Please let me know if someone can help on this.
