WRC workspace deleted by windows update - WRC 4.2

By accident my local (bad idea, I know) WRC workspace was killed by an update procedure of windows. C:/user was totally erased.

This workspace contained the personal configuration and several ReqIF-exchange projects.

Is there a chance to map RV&S-IDs and the "old" identifiers in a new replication-DB?

Export use case.
we still have the RV&S documents and the formerly exported data ReqIF-files (with the original ReqIF-identifiers)
Import use case:
we have the formerly imported ReqIF-files and the corresponding imported RV&S documents

Probably the same already happened to others. Does anybody have a workaround, skripts or similar to restore the deleted former database? This would be very appreciated because lots of ReqIF exchange is depending on this.
