ASME Y14.5-2009 Continuous Feature symbol

This may be a stupid question, but I have been searching for a couple of hours and cannot figure out how to use the continuous feature (CF) symbol in Creo 4.0 (Spin M060).  One of the touted features of Creo 4 when my company switched to it was ASME Y14.5-2009 compliant GD&T, but it seems to be missing a major element of that standard.  Am I overlooking the symbol somewhere, or is it not available?
