Changing Dimension Tolerance Mode

I'm kind of stuck with this as I haven't ever used it. In Creo 2.0, how do you change the tolerance mode on a particular dimension as shown below? My option is grayed out.

There is a config.pro option and a drawing detail option called "tol_display". I recommend setting the default to both of those to "yes".
