Why is the ring and piston not fully constrained during PTC piston assembly in practical operation?

I followed the PTC tutorial to assemble the piston and seal ring, and after completing the three assembly constraints required for the piston ring assembly according to the steps, it prompted "incomplete constraint"？
I said I followed the official tutorial, why is the result different from what is displayed in the tutorial?
Can someone try assembling it according to the tutorial to see if the results are the same as what I got?

Thank you for your answer. The model file can be downloaded from the attachment. The problem has been resolved. It was an error in the selection of the reference surface during the assembly process. I have corrected it and the issue has been resolved. Thank you very much!

It is hard to determine the issue without your assembly file.

 

My best guess is that you have used references from 2 different parts.  Based on your image, you are using the bearing to orient the ring.  Creo sometimes has problems with constraints to 2 different parts in one Set.  It is best to only reference one part when assembling a part or sub assembly.  If you need to reference multiple parts, use a new set for each part.

    The Creo Help Center link in the post directs to the tutorial and there is a node in the Help Center Tree for downloading the example files.  You can change the chinese_cn in the url to usascii to find the English version of the same page.

    I ran through the steps with the example data from the Help Center and was able to successfully complete the tutorial.  Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce any constraining issues.  As there are no config.pro files associated with the data, I believe it would be worth an effort to attempt with no changed options.  In addition, ensure you are following the first three steps such that there are no unexpected models in session and that you are loading from the dataset intended for this tutorial.
