videos to be viewable

Why does it take so long for videos to be viewable? I assume it's in moderation...

If it's gonna take more than a little short time to get thru moderation, you might as well just not allow video upload, nobody is waiting 30+ hours for help or to help someone with a video!

Re: videos to be viewable

9 days after posting the video in your first link still is not available.

Or what does the error message "Unable to play video" means else?

I tried it a view times but to no avail.

Re: videos to be viewable

Jaime Lee and PTCModerator have both messaged me and posted on that link that there is something within Lithium that is causing them not be be able to approve that video and a few others. Most videos get approved without problem. They have an open case for the problem with lithium support.

Re: videos to be viewable

Thanks for the information. I very seldom post videos (the animations created with Mathcad won't work here anyway) so I wonder why videos are treated differently than text or pictures and need moderation and approvement. After all illegal acts, copyright violation etc. can be achieved with text and pictures as well.
