Mathcad 14 license

I'm trying to install Mathcad 14 on my new Windows 11 PC. I've filled out the license information requested at: https://support.ptc.com/appserver/lm/mathcad/call_logger/callLogger.jsp. After filling in the information and submitting it, the page says I should receive an email response within 2 hours, and if I don't that I should contact PTC. It's been nearly 4 hours now and I've not received an email.

This forum isn't contacting PTC, though.

Please refer to the article: 

  • CS30357 How to locate product code for single user and student edition of Mathcad
  • Product code is 22 characters in length and is required to install Mathcad. General format of product code is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - xxxx - xxxx
  • If Mathcad is purchased from PTC Web Store, product code can be found on the order confirmation E-mail as “Digital Rights” or you can locate the product code printed in the card inserted in the DVD package
  • Customers who purchased Mathcad through the PTC web store can obtain their product code by contacting the Academic Assistance

Thank you for the response. However, it's not the product code I need help with--I have that. What I need is someone from PTC to activate my license.
