When attempting to run the installer, the error "Unable to launch installer. Please check your network connection". I have an assignment due in school using this software so this is urgent. Thank you.
HI, I tried this and it did not work. I have looked at other forums and the only solution I have come across was a technical support person remotely installing the program on the persons computer, Is this something that can be done in my case?
