Where does the license file go?

I have MathCAD PTC 7.0.0.0 (already installed)

I have a license file  (already generated)

 

How do I connect MathCAD to that license file?

 

Other software that I use usually has some type of built in license management - so, in those scenarios, you open the application and then point that application to that license file.
