Solve to a ratio

Hello all,
I want to solve a formula symbolically according to a ratio.
Here is a simple example:

Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this?

I use Mathcad Prime 9.

    Here are my 2 cents for a more generic solution - similar to ttokoros's second approach, but without having to solve   a system of equations.

    "simplify" is not necessary for this simple equation, but the approach should work for more a more complex equation, too, if a solution for the ratio is possible at all. If no solution is possible, the result still would contain the variable U1.
