Hello everyone. I have a problem with a difference method, shown here below. (The results are different from those of the text). Some of you could kindly say me  if I'm wrong or the text is wrong? thanks a lot.

the answer is very interesting and very instructive for the use of pdesolve. Thanks again.

However, it does not answer my question, namely: whether  the difference method and the  amplification matrix are correct.
