Are the beam elements created by the beam idealization in Simulate: Euler or Timoshenko beam elements?
From PTC Creo Direct 4.0 Help Center, the recommendation on beam aspect ratio suggests Euler beam elements are used? If so, is there any way I can change the beam type to Timoshenko? Or is the only option to do a solid mesh?
