Creo 11 student Instalation

Hi dear creo support. i would like to ask You for help with creo instalation. I bought creo student version. Then download the instlation file. When go through instalation there is no option to chose which software i would like to install. 

 

Can You please help me

In the first screenshot the top of the window says Web Installer. So I'd assume that the Student premium instructions point to a download for the web installer instead of the zip. I'll check with the team that handles the eStore.

Hi,

 AFAIK ... Creo 11.0 has not been officially released yet.

 

I don't know if it is possible to read from your personal product code which version it is intended for.

Hi,

 

First thing I can notice is that you are using the web installer. Can you please instead go to https://www.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academic.jsp and download Creo 11 from there?
Here is the installation guide that, if followed should get you out of any installation issue:

Hi,

how would he the web installer get?

My guess ... OP did not unzip dowloaded 5GB zip file. Instead of it he opened it and ran setup.exe from inside the zip file.
