Issues:
User encounters error "Error “Your session is invalid or has expired” when Launching Creo Trial Player
Reasons/Causes: -
- This issue is encountered when Multiple sessions have been launched for Creo Parametric Trial
Solution:
- Open Task Manager
- Right-click the Windows taskbar and select “Task Manager”
- Or Search in windows i.e. type in “Task Manager” and open it.
- Select Processes tab and confirm multiple session have been launched
- Right click on Creo 8.0.0.0 from PTC and select End Task
- Relaunch Creo Parametric 8 trial version
