License Error

I'm trying to install creo 5 but every time I enter the product code, I get an error. I've tried multiple times to resolve the issue but so far nothing has worked. I even tried adding a new user to my laptop to reinstall, but it still didn't work. I need to get it done asap since its been bugging me for a while. Instructions I followed are attached.
