Quality Agent issue

After installing creo parametric 7.0 (academic free software) , when I run the software I get a pop up message to register as a quality agent when I click yes then another message gets popped up saying cannot register insufficient user access software shutting down how can I resolve this issue. I also made the quality agent setup run , but it didn't resolve the issue
please help

    Kindly follow the steps mentioned below using administration privileges

     

    • Uninstall PTC Quality Agent from Control Panel > Programs and Features

    • Re-install the PTC Quality Agent using qualityagent_64.msi file from Install > addon folder from the downloaded cd image.

    Thanks for your response , If you don't mind can you help me with another
    issue.
    The issue is the software crashes (parametric 7.0 ) every 15 - 20 minutes
    and gives a pop up message of trackback created at this location, can you
    please help me resolve this issue.
