quality agent issues

After I install creo 6.0 on my desktop, i get an error saying that "the version is shutting down because it could not run the quality agent", however both the installer and quality agent were downloaded

    Hi,

    try following:

    • uninstall PTC Quality agent
    • reboot PC
    • install PTC Quality agent using <INSTALL_PACKAGE>\install\addon\qualityagent_64.msi
