Error "PTC Installation Assistant has stopped working" when running setup.exe for Mathcad Prime" (Applicable only for SUA Edition)

 Cause:

1. Microsoft for .Net Framework is missing or is not installed correctly
2. Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 is not installed correctly

Resolution:

• Run PrimeWixinstaller_64bit.msi from the ptcsh0 folder of installer

   

• Run the fix provided by Microsoft for .Net Framework 4.5.1
• Try to uninstall and re-install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package:
  
  1. 32 bit
  2. 64 bit
