New License Doesn't Work

I'm in that uncomfortable loop once again

 

I can't get PTC matched going due to a glitch with the licensing system.   

 

I get this message (see screen capture) when attempting to install a license using the License Wizard.

 

So, what's the next step?

Calling 1 (800) 477-6435 got me nowhere.  The phone message is rattling something on-and-on about silver and gold support services and that you need this level of support for the phone to be answered.  I really have no idea what I bought other than PTC Mathcad for just under $700 - all I know is it doesn't work and support for PTC is extremely horrible.  And, as I mentioned to Jon Cooke yesterday (employe.at PTC that sold me this software).  I regret buying PTC matchad.  

 

Yeah, anyway - someone please help me with this.

That is an old support number.

Calling 1 (800) 477-6435 got me nowhere.

It translates to 1-800-4PROHEL.
