Invalid Host License Issue - MathCAD Trial

Hi,

I am unable to license my MathCad trial. I keep getting a license request failed error on the basis of an invalid host. The host ID show in the MathCad license manager matches that in the license file and the license file was generated on the same machine as I am licensing so I don't fully understand why I am unable to license the software. Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

    Possibly, the network card for whose host Id (physical address) the license file is generated is in disabled state. Try running command "ipconfig /all" in command prompt (CMD) and see if the required host Id (Physical address) is listed. You can also try running command "net config rdr" to check on which network card your machine (Workstation) is active.

    If network card is disabled, try enabling it from "Device Manager > Network Adapters".
