Hello,

For some reason I am not able to validate the experience service and publish my experience in Vuforia Studio.

Any ideas?

See below.

Hello Bill,

R&D has extended this trial instance.

Also, you have been registered as a partner now with this instance.

In a such case, the trial will not expire again automatically.

So, no need of an environment in PTC Cloud as explained in my previous post.

Best regards,

Samuel

Hello Bill,

First thing to check, does the Experience Service is running or reachable ?

For that, in your web browser, run this URL :

https://<Your Experience Service URL>/ExperienceService/ping

Second thing to check for a trial instance, does this instance is not shutdown or decommisioned.

Can you give your email address used to have this trial, please ?

Best regards,

Samuel

Hello,

So, the Experience Service is running.

A second quick test can be done.

In Chrome web browser when using this URL https://0675cbeab33b2654.studio-trial.vuforia.io/ExperienceService/ui

I have done it and the result reported is :

{"message":"Inactive tenant","errorCode":"","error":{"status":404}}

In my trial Experience Service, I have a credential popup.

So, I suppose that this instance has an issue.

I am looking that with R&D and I will come back to you.

Best regards,

Samuel
