Creating new user with permissions of creating new things,...etc?

Hi,

I would like to create new users other than administrator, so it is possible that each user can work on different projects.

I have created new user and logged using

<host name>/Thingworx/FormLogin/<Organization>

But after logging in the user is not able to create anything.

Please review all the section related to Security/Users/Groups as you need to give permission to the new user at the level of Design, Runtime, Visibility according to your business requirements. For example, if you need to permit user to create things, you need to provide Design time permissions, plus visibility at the level of organization/organization unit.
