How do I create a proportional chart?

How do I create a chart like the one shown above? I did follow the tutorial here:

but, I need the sections of the bar charts to be different colors like shown above.

If you do a stacked bar chart and your data is correctly set up, it should show up like what you are showing.

What does your table look like right now and what does the chart look like?
