Hi Shakti, where are you seeing this error? Would it be possible for you to attach that full log here?

BTW, does this also mean your ThingWorx is not starting up? Or are you able to access the ThingWorx Composer?

Try running services:

• Disable Thing
• Enable Thing

I had a similar issue with the Kepware Server Thing.

I just got rid of this error on the kepware thing by disabling IE ESC in windows and rebooting.

From memory (5 years ago) it was that I created the thing programmatically and it needs to be enabled and started from the things services.
