ThingWorx server launch error

hello,

 

After starting thingworx web server when I make launch option I am getting error like page not found http error 401.

before it was working fine. suddenly this error raised and it is not accepting correct username and password.

 

please find the attached images and share kindly suitable solution to fix this error.

You'll probably have to get on the server and check the ThingWorx logs (in thingworxstorage/logs) and the tomcat logs (<tomcat>/logs)

Thanks for your reply but how can check that logs I am using web server not system installed software. when I logged with another user which I created while practicing the organization concept thing Worx composer is opening but the only existing user doesn't have designer permissions so it is not allowing to change anything in composer. 

I checked  for Administrator default user and other practiced concepts nothing showing in the composer.

Now i can i practice in thing Worx composer? how can i change Existing user designer rights? is there any way to reset everything to get default settings.

Perhaps whoever did the install has the Administrator login so they can give you a login with the proper permissions?

A full reset would mean you need server access
