i am new user in thingworx (trial 30days)

1.why i dont have trigger service in widgets(mashup) area 
which one i should modify or lose (second pic)?
2.there are two web version thingworx ?
3.where ae there trigger service application document?

Hi @jeffySue 

There is no trigger widget out of the box ... what are  you looking for with this trigger widget ?

Widgets are UI components, not sure if you are looking for the right thing, would be useful if you could clarify what you are after.

For your second question, I am not sure I understand but in term of trial there are 2 options: a Cloud hosted instance or a local install one. The advantage of the Cloud is that all is ready to use, the local one you will need to install all components so more effort on your side but it last longer. Apart form that they are the same software.
