Vuforia Studio Trial

I subscribed a Vuforia Studio Trial and received a confirmation mail with a link to ThingWorx but i Don't have access to Vuforia Studio download, i also have a red cross on the server logo in Vuforia Studio Home any clues ?

@TB_9645821  Your account has been reset by provisioning team and request to retry starting Studio Trial.

@TB_9645821  Is it a fresh Studio trial account or does it got expired? Could you pls share your account ID and screenshot post login to the studio trial portal - https://trial.studio.vuforia.com

Thanks for the answer, yes it is a fresh Studio trial account, I share with you a screenshot of the post login studio trial portal.

Thank you for your answer, I tried to get to the trial page with Chrome set in english but it doesn't change anything I still have the red cross on the server. Here is a screenshot @dupatel .
