Import .SAV file into PTC Integrity Modeler v8.5a

Hi, I have recently installed a standalone version of PTC Windchill (v8.5 formerly known as IM) in order to check a model received and then export it for use in the latest PTC Windchill product.  I have the enabler service running and can currently see an Example and Model repository.
I was delivered a .SAV file in a SAV.ZIP file.  I am unable to import the .ZIP (no model information) from PTC IM and unable to see how to Recover the .SAV file (unzipped) using Repository Administrator (running in administrator mode).  Can anyone please help by instructing me how to load the model into a repository?  Many thanks ðŸ˜“
